Founded in 1943, the company began as a family

run asphalt contractor in Syracuse, NY, and has since expanded into a multi

division business along the East Coast.

With seven regional offices across New York, Virginia, and North Carolina, the company emphasizes local focus while leveraging shared expertise and equipment.

Projects include a range of services from commercial lots and industrial sites to high

security overlays, notably milling and repaving the North Grounds driveway of the White House.

The company is recognized for expertise in heavy civil techniques such as pavement reclamation, soil stabilization, asphalt milling, full

depth reclamation, and parking

lot repair.

Notable projects include reconstructing tennis courts at Hobart & William Smith Colleges and stabilizing soft soils under a Costco pad in Rochester.

In early 2025, the company transitioned to a 100% employee
